How the Best Price Guarantee Works:
1. Quote Must Be Recent (Within 30 Days)
To qualify, customers must present a written quote or purchase agreement dated within the last 30 days. The document must include dealer name, itemized pricing, and contact information for verification.

2. Must Be the Same Year, OEM, Make & Model
The competitor’s vehicle must match exactly:
- Same Model Year
- OEM / Brand
- Model / Trim level
- Battery type (Li-ion vs Lead-acid)
- Seat configuration, color, wheel package, etc.
- Any added Parts & Accessories
Examples: Lithium upgrades, stereo systems, light kits, seat kits, wheels/tires, enclosures, mirrors, rear seats, seat belts, street-legal packages, etc. If the vehicle is upgraded or accessorized, all listed add-ons must match the Cart Mart unit.

Required Fee Comparison
3. All Fees Must Be Itemized and Comparable
The competing quote must clearly list all fees so Cart Mart can validate a true apples-to-apples comparison.
Relevant fees include:
- PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
- Inbound Freight
- Dealer Prep Fee
- Parts Prep Fee
- Delivery Fee / White Glove Delivery
- Applicable Registration, Title, or Documentation Fees
- Sales Tax (if applicable)
We compare total out-the-door pricing to validate the guarantee.
Stock Status
4. In-Stock vs. Custom-Order Units
The guarantee applies differently depending on availability:
In-Stock Vehicles
If the competitor has the vehicle physically in stock, Cart Mart will meet or beat the out-the-door price of the same in-stock unit.
Custom Orders
If the competitor’s quote is for a factory-ordered or customized cart, Cart Mart will meet or beat the comparable build based on the factory order lead times and pricing structure.
- Lead times may differ.
- OEM incentives must match the time window of the competitor’s quote.
Exclusions
To keep the program fair and accurate, the following do not qualify:
- Verbal quotes
- Quotes missing itemized fees
- Damaged, refurbished, or used units
- Special one-off promotions such as clearance or liquidation auctions
- Vehicles older than current model year unless comparing same-year used units
- Dealer demos, aged inventory blowouts, or mismatched models
How Customers Submit a Quote
Customers can provide a quote:
- In-store to any Sales Representative or Manager
- By emailing Sales Representative directly
All quotes will be verified and approved by a manager.
Employee Verification Workflow (Internal)
- Collect the competitor quote (PDF, photo, or email).
- Review the model, VIN, build sheet, and accessories to confirm equipment match.
- Validate all fees (freight, PDI, prep, delivery, registration).
- Confirm in-stock vs custom-order status.
- Compare out-the-door totals.
- Manager approval required before presenting final adjusted pricing.
- Update quote and attach competitor quote.
- Record the Best Price Guarantee win for reporting and training.
